Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your situation, tell you what it takes, and quote the work. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Do I have to use both the bookkeeping and the IT side?
Not at all. Plenty of clients use us for just bookkeeping, just QuickBooks, or just networking and computer support. Having both under one roof is an option, never a requirement.
Do you work remotely or come on-site?
Bookkeeping, payroll and QuickBooks are handled remotely anywhere in the U.S. Networking, cabling and hands-on computer work are done on-site within our service area, with remote support available everywhere.
Can we work in Spanish?
Of course. All work, meetings and documents are available in Spanish or English — whichever you are more comfortable with.
How fast will I hear back?
We read every message personally and reply as quickly as we can. If it is urgent — a network down, a system you cannot access — say so in the message and we will prioritize it.
